1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the SPHINX COMPUTERS marketing team has obtained on special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, and other major festivals. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. SPHINX COMPUTERS does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer is able to prove that the condition of the product delivered is DEAD ON ARRIVAL
5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
6. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. SPHINX COMPUTERS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product Dead upon arrival (D.O.A) or product is defective. Buyers are required to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund within 2 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) upon receiving the shipment. Products listed below are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Thermal Compounds
- Any wires or extensions if used
- Any downloadable software or keys
Only special cases would entertained for above mentioned products. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by conveying the issue via e-mail (preferred) or contacting via the provided contact details within 5 business days.
2. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once the disputed item return is received and inspected, the buyer will be notified via e-mail about the arrival of the product, and the same e-mail would be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, mentioned account number or original method of payment, within the mentioned amount of processing time.
2. In case you are not satisfied with the product, provided the reason is genuine and in compliance with our terms, we could provide a refund for your product and of the same amount as the product was at the time.
3. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
4. Once the refund is processed for your order, the same shall reflect in your bank account used at the time of making payment in 7-10 business days from the date of initiation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank and re-asses your bank statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchased an item during a sale, only the amount you paid will be refunded, not the updated price of the product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address provided to you in the e-mail.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you in the e-mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
